Project Deliverables : (i) O2O customer experience assessments on 50 retailers to assess their performance;

(ii) An industry research report to summarise the key findings of the O2O customer experience assessments and introduce the relevant technology solutions to help retailers enhance their performance;

(iii) A kick-off conference to introduce the project, recruit participating enterprises for the O2O customer experience assessments, and share the trends and best practices in providing O2O customer experience;

(iv) Four training workshops to provide in-depth knowledge of the latest retail technology solutions to SME owners and operational staff of retailers;

(v) Four seminars to raise the industry’s awareness of the latest retail technology solutions to enhance O2O customer experience;

(vi) A summit to share the key findings of the industry research report;

(vii) Project webpages to disseminate project information; and

(viii) Promotional activities (including eDMs, e-banners, printed and online advertisements).
