Project Deliverables :
(i) A research on the latest development and competitiveness of Hong Kong-invested manufacturing enterprises (HKMEs) with major operations in Hong Kong, the Mainland and the ASEAN;
(ii) A questionnaire survey on HKMEs to collect value chain data and views on major challenges and opportunities;
(iii) Four focus group meetings to collect views from owners or top management of HKMEs;
(iv) A research report to publish the research findings, recommendations for enhancing their competitiveness and recommendations on new industrialisation strategies;
(v) A seminar to disseminate the research findings; and
(vi) Promotional activities, including a feature article to promulgate the research findings and e-DMs to recruit participants for the focus group meetings and the seminar.
