Project Deliverables :
(i) A summit to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among HKMEs with manufacturing operations in the Asia Pacific region;
(ii) Carbon management guidelines to assist HKMEs in the iron & steel and aluminium sectors in understanding the reporting requirements under Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and to help all HKMEs set up carbon management systems to manage and reduce carbon emissions across their supply chains;
(iii) A carbon management online platform to provide general information of the CBAM compliance requirements and carbon management, as well as a quick estimation of the carbon emissions of a product and the potential CBAM tax;
(iv) Two dissemination seminars to introduce the carbon management guidelines and the carbon management online platform; and
(v) A series of promotional activities, including advertisements on magazine and eDMs.
