Project Deliverables :
(i) A study mission to Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhongshan to visit six medical institutions to understand their operation, set-up procedures, service standards, human resources management, as well as the difficulties and challenges facing them;
(ii) A guidebook to assist Hong Kong medical institutions in setting up branches in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhongshan;
(iii) Five videos to provide practical tips for Hong Kong medical institutions to set up branches in the GBA;
(iv) A conference to share the latest development, supporting policies, market demand and trend of the medical industry in the GBA, as well as the success stories of Hong Kong medical institutions developing business in the GBA; and
(v) A series of promotional activities, including project webpages, e-leaflets, a newspaper advertorial, a feature article and a WeChat communication group.
