Reimbursement
Enterprises should submit an application for funding support within the application period set out below in accordance with the corresponding type of promotion activity:

A successful applicant enterprise of initial payment should also submit a corresponding application for final payment covering the remaining balance of the eligible expenditure items claimed for the promotion activity covered in its application for initial payment within 60 calendar days after the completion date of the promotion activity in accordance with the parameters set out for application for reimbursement under the Guide to Application.
# For exhibitions held in hybrid mode (i.e. physical and online exhibitions being held simultaneously), the application period will be counted with reference to the exhibition period of both modes of exhibitions. The first day of the whole exhibition period will be regarded as the commencement date of the activity and the last day of the whole exhibition period will be regarded as the completion date of the activity.
