Project Deliverables :	(i) A desktop research on the prevailing standards and practices on cold chain management in Mainland and other countries; (ii) On-site visits and interviews with 34 stakeholders to understand the operations of the industry in cold chain management; (iii) A pilot scheme on 12 companies to assess the applicability and practicability of the code of practice; (iv) A guidebook on cold chain management with the code of practice; (v) A kick-off seminar to announce the details of the project; (vi) A recruitment seminar and an experience sharing seminar to recruit companies for the pilot scheme and share the results of the pilot scheme respectively; (vii) Two dissemination seminars on the code of practice; (viii) Project webpages to promote project events and disseminate deliverables; and (ix) A series of promotional activities (e.g. eDMs, advertisements) to promote the project and deliverables.
